Become a Member of the KWF

We invite you to become a member of the Killa Wasi Foundation by donating $25 or more. As a member, you will be invited to our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and join the movement that supports women and their families within our communities.

​In May 2010 a group of 21 women journeyed to Peru to explore their personal connection with the land, to grow in the knowledge and wisdom from the ancient medicine traditions and to have a spiritual awakening. During this journey it was asked of the women to expand the teachings to others and to bring home what was taught. During our yearly expeditions to Peru, working with shamans, visiting sacred sites, being in ceremony, and learning more about the local communities we began a discussion to bring these teachings forward to our communities and to continue to support the women within their communities in Peru. From this the Killa Wasi (House of the Moon) Foundation was formed.

In 2014 the foundation applied for short-form status as a charity and in 2015 we officially formed. ​
